Your property listing is the same as any other property listed. The agents and brokers will be informed that it is limited service and they will have your contact information to call if they have questions about the property or if they want to schedule a tour.

You will be provided with necessary disclosures or have access to them through our website. Agents typically ask for a copy of the completed disclosures before they write a contract. Agents will present the offer in contract form directly to you for consideration. Once a contract is agreed

to by both parties you need to send us a fully signed contract and addendums and at that point we will update the listing status in the mls.

When the transaction closes you will need to notify us by sending in a copy of the final closing statement and your listing will be closed out. It is important that we are kept up to date on property status at all times. If you contract falls out we will reactivate the listing and that gives you the opportunity to find other buyers in the marketplace.

NetRealtynow.com lists between 500 and 600 properties every year and 82% of those properties sell during the initial listing term. That is higher than your typical full service real estate company. If you price your property correctly and you make sure it is in very good showing condition and you supply us many good quality photos there is no reason why the flat fee mls service will not work for you.
